forget my passcode please help me

I want to update iphone so when i goes to download and installed taking passcode but i forget it.

That is just the passcode you use to sign into your iPhone when you wake it. Please see: If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support if you forgot it.
