My screen is unresponsive. I cant even turn it off. Nothing works.

My iPhone screen is unresponsive. Can’t turn it off. Screen just doesn’t work when I try to return it off.

Try a forced restart of your XR, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
