Unless you have jailbroken your phone, it is very unlikely that you have been hacked.
Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
It would help if you provided some more information. Did a website, message, popup, notification, email, or phone call tell you you're hacked?
