How to change the date of birth for ECG?

I’m setting it with not my age.

On the phone, watch app and tap on health then tap on health details or health app tap on profile picture top right corner and tap on health details.

No. My health details are right.

just because I wanna try the ecg then I lied my age… I’m 21yo but I set 22yo for ecg. So now I want to change it back 😂
