You need to go through the site and set up an appointment. There is no way for us to do that for you here. We are users like yourself and are here to be able to assist in things you can try to get something taken care of that doesn't require you to take the computer into the Apple Store. There is not going to be a way for anyone on here to set this appointment up for you.
