Is it possible to get beyond iOS10.13.6 software on my MacBook air ? All help appreciated. Thank you

A Mid 2012 MBA can upgrade up to Catalina

A Mid 2013 MBA can upgrade up to Big Sur.

If it's a 2012 or newer model, back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and depending on which one it is, click on Mojave, Catalina, or Big Sur. Otherwise, no.
