Frozen apple screen XR

How do you do a factory reset on your iPhone XR without downloading iTunes and using a computer. My sons phone has been frozen with the Apple logo for two weeks now.

Try this procedure --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support


If force restarting doesn't work, you will need a computer with iTunes.


If you don't have a computer you can run iTunes on, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for help.
