All Apple Computer running High Sierra and below are experiencing the same issue. This does not stop the functionality of the Apple Store is just looks as it does. Since Support for updates and Security Updates from High Sierra specific basically ended in November 2020 - it is doubtful Apple will bother fixing the Apple Store look.
