Why Risk a Faulty Device?:

You have 14 days to return it. So, return it.

If Un-Returnable:

However, if it becomes too late, and it has been more than 14 days, then it may be able to be deemed a faulty device - thereby being replaceable. So, contact Apple Support, seeing it a replacement is an option for you.
