All of a sudden I am unable to receive messages on my I phone 7 plus through airtel . Sometimes I am able to send messages but can’t receive .
checked with apple but they did all’s fine with the phone . The sim works well on other phones . And other sim works fine on this phone too . Any suggestions? It’s been 5 days now .

SMS is a carrier issue. Start with them. You might want to suggest they turn off SMS on your account and re-enable it.
While you're waiting on hold, you might also try resetting your network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You will lose saved WiFi passwords.
