How to delete an app
How do I delete an app, instead of just from Home Screen?

When you press the little "-" icon on the app, you should get three options: remove from home screen, delete, cancel. If the delete option is missing, make sure there are no restrictions on app deletion from your organization/parental controls (via screen time).
