Are you getting a message the SIM card is locked or you need to enter a SIM pin/PUK code?
It says that my sim is locked and I can’t make any calls on ft when I have wifi
i meant I only can make FaceTime calls when I have WiFi but I can’t make regular calls or receive any
What is the full message you are getting?
Now it’s telling me I need the code
That’s exactly what that link I showed you tells you how to fix. Just look at the instructions on the section in that link called “If you forgot or don't know your SIM PIN“
