No option to delete entries in the Contacts app

Did Apple remove the ability to delete contacts in macOS Big Sur? This is crazy! The delete option is not found in the right-click context menu OR can people be removed by tapping delete on the keyboard. What's going on?

Again on the specific Contact to delete - click on it and in the area where all the details of said Contact scroll all the way to Bottom - doing from Memory as on a Windows machine at the moment - this should be a Delete Icon

As for Right Click on mine - do see it - from memory

As a clarification, it looks like this problem only applies when trying to delete a contact from within a group. If you go to "All Contacts", and then right click on any of them, the option to delete appears. This has been a recent change, because I have been deleting contacts from within groups for years with no problem until now. Perhaps this is another unwanted feature that Apple included in the Big Sur release?
