apple watch connection

My iphone was stolen. I am now using an old phone with a same number sim. But my apple watch can be paired since the original phone is lost and I can not unpair my watch from that one.

iPhone 6, iOS 12

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Go to Find Iphone.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
