After the last update my iPad won't turn on. I've tried charging, force restarting, and following the steps in this article many times with no luck. Â

It might be a hardware (battery?) problem, but we, just users like you, can't diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Connect your iPad to its Power Adapter and allow the iPad to charge for at least an hour. Then, whilst still connected to the Power Adapter:
