Over the past few weeks I've been receiving anywhere from 4 to 12 group text messages (via Messages) that come from constantly-changing email addresses. Under Messages Settings I have turned off MMS messaging and turned on Filter Unknown Senders, but I continue to receive these messages.
Any other suggestions?

As I stated in my original post, I've already followed the steps suggested in the article you linked to. I am still receiving text messages from an email address to my phone, which is one of a group of phone numbers.
I accidentally clicked, "This solves the problem."
It most certainly DOES NOT solve the problem.
