How to delete files in time machine backup?

Is it not possible to delete files inside time machine backups (for OS 11.2.3)? There is no such option in Time Machine

You do not want to delete files in the backup— this will corrupt the TM database.

Time Machine will manage it's own db:

3-2-1 Backup Strategy: three copies of your data, two different methods, and one offsite.
