Backing up the phone
It is saying I don’t have storage to back up my phone but my iCloud storage isn’t full

Hi,
Even if your iCloud storage isn’t full, iCloud backup may fail:
- For instance, if you got 4.5/5GB but your backup is 1GB, your iCloud backup will fail, even if your iCloud storage isn’t full, as you need at least 1GB available in your iCloud storage.
- To see the size of your iPhone backup, go to settings/your Apple ID/ iCloud/ manage storage/backup/ your iPhone.
