Watch 3 touch screen not working after force restart

Apple Watch 3 touch screen is not working even after I did a force restart. What do I do now???

Force touch screen partially unresponsive In the past few days my Series 2 watch is not touch responsive in certain areas. If the pin number screen is displayed, the 2, 4 and 8 are unresponsive - the other areas are ok. I've tried forced restart several times as well as unpairing with no change. Any ideas?
