archelw,

Thanks for giving those steps a try, and keeping us posted on the results.

Next, try the steps below from If you ca't send email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

"Remove your email account and set it up again

  1. On your computer, sign in to your email provider’s website. Make sure that all of your email is there or make sure that your email is saved somewhere other than your iOS device.
  2. On your iOS device, go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
  3. Tap the email account that you want to remove.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Add your account again."

We hope this helps.

Hi there archelw,

We understand you're not seeing a folder in Mail on your iPad, and we'd like to see if we can assist.

Get started with the information here: Use mailboxes to organize email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If the issue persists, close the Mail app, then launch it again.

Also, restart your iPad, and check again.

Thanks!
