Go to Settings, tap your name at the top. If you see a device listed that you don’t recognize it tap on it and remove it. Then change your Apple ID password→Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support and add 2 factor authentication to your Apple ID if you don’t have it already→Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
