My shuffle button just doesn’t work at all, only plays songs in sequence by album.
Anyone else having issues with the shuffle button just not working at all?

Ask Siri
You can turn shuffle and repeat on or off easily by asking Siri.
Turn shuffle on or off
- "Hey Siri, shuffle this album."
- "Hey Siri, play my road trip playlist shuffled."
- "Hey Siri, turn off shuffle."
