MacBook App Store not working properly

On my MacBook Air 2015 13" running MacOS High Sierra, the App Store looks really weird, I tried restarting and updating my version of High Sierra but it stays the same. Is there a fix to this? Thanks.

Everyone running 10.132.6 & lower sees the same thing, no fix expected, but it still works...

app store messed up I still use High Sierra and a 2011 imac simply because it works really well and smooth. Recently, app store's update section interface was, well, the screenshot is quite self explanatory: On the apple discord server there are multiple people who have the same problem. What I have tried is to open the app with "open -F" in terminal and to delete everything inside ~/Library/caches/com.apple.appstore but neither changed anything.
