I have two Mac Pros of the same model. For one of them the screen is bad and I can't see anything. I need to recover the data of the Mac whose screen is broken. Could I put this HD on a different Mac Pro that has same model and year?

As far as I remember, Target Display Mode is dead (on the host Mac) in macOS Mojave and later. However, Target Disk Mode is very much well and alive on Intel-based Macs.
On Apple Silicon Macs, the Share Disk app in recoveryOS replaces Target Disk Mode.

Yes… in addition, you may be able to get Target Display Mode going between the two.
