OS Update
I can´t update the OS on my computer. I am using 10.13.6 (17G14042) version and I would like to update to a newer one. Do I have the chance to update?

Depends on the age of your Mac Mini.
Only Mac Mini Late 2012 with a Machine ID of 6,1 in the Apple menu -> About This Mac -> System Report -> Hardware or later can upgrade past 10.13.6. 10.13.6 has one final security update.
