I have updated my MBP 2017 to Big Sur 11.3 and since then I'm getting kernel panics whenever my laptop goes into hibernation? I have copied the log file below. Resetting the SMC and PRAM does
n't seem to help. Any clues?

It is most likely a hardware problem.
Take it to an Apple Store or Authorized Repair Center. It would be extremely rare for it to be a problem with Apple’s kexts, but that is possible. Regardless, having the Mac evaluated by Apple would provide information to help identify the problem.

I can see now that the first kernel panic was related to Intel HD Graphics 630. I have attached the log file for more information.
More logs won’t change my suggestion.
It was in fact a software issue that was resolved by updating to macOS 11.3.1
You had no other software loaded that would cause a panic, so it must have been something in the OS that was replaced with the update.
