My seven year old entered the wrong password an unknown number of times. Now it states that I need to "connect to itubes", but when I do that ... It states that I "must enter the passcode on the iPad." I have not backed up his iPad, however mu iTunes account and password have been the same for years. I successfully logged into iTunes in order to send this inquiry. Any helpful advice? Thanks so much.
