Most odd. Right after updating to 11.3.1 on my external keyboard "Right-Shift-a" no longer works. The "a" key works no problem, the "Right-shift" key works no problem but not a "Right-Shift-a". It just enters nothing. Tried resetting the NVRaM and the SMC. No change. anybody else experienced this oddity?

We understand the shortcuts on you keyboard are not working as expected since updating to macOS 11.3.1. We'll be happy to look into this.
Since updating and noticing this issue, have you tried to restart your Mac?
If you have another user on your Mac, do you experience the same issue?
Do you experience the same if you use he shift key on the left?
Please provide us as much information as possible.
Unplugged my keyboard from KVM in monitor , plugged back in and I can type an “A” now.
Not shortcuts ability to type an “A”.
