This song is not currently available in your country or region

I recently went to and iPhone 11 from an iPhone X and I have about 2 dozen songs that are “not currently available” in my music even though I’ve bought them and they are still available on iTunes. Ive checked my region and its United States as well as signing out of Apple ID, restarting, then signing back in. Unfortunately so far it hasn’t worked
