I. Enable Photos in iCloud:

Is Photos enabled in iCloud?:

Go Here: Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support

II. How to Enable Photos in iCloud:

On your iPhone:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Your Name (Very Top Item)
3. Tap: iCloud
4. Tap: iCloud
5. Tap: Photos (So it is green)
6. Using Another Device: See if all shows up at icloud.com/photos. Note that it may take some time for all to upload, if there are literally thousands to upload.

All your Photos are in the Photos app. Photos for iOS and iPadOS - Apple From there, you can share the Photos.

If you want to save Photos to a computer, Sign-In to https://www.icloud.com, and download Photos.
