Payment Method Updation

I am unable to make payment via my "Punjab National Bank" Debit Card for purchases of iCloud storage or any other item on app store. Help me with the same. It's a MasterCard Debit card and eligible to make all sort of payments and it also has sufficient balance to do so.

Possible fixes. Fix ‘Your Payment Method Was Declined’ Error In App Store

Payment method declined in iTunes or the App Store.
