Problem uploading videos to Facebook

Hi, I have an iphone12 and regularly upload videos to my Facebook group. They have stopped uploading the last few days despite good internet connection.

the blue upload bar starts to appear then I get the message ‘taking a while to post’ and it never gets there despite leaving the app open. Any suggestions gratefully received!
