Macbook pro is not turning on

hello, i have a 2017 macbook pro and is not turning on. A flashing folders with a question mark is shown. I have tried to reinstall the macOS from recovery mode, it didn t work, i have tried to run the first aid, it gave me an error, i can not enter in safe mode or single user mode. I do not have a backup, but i need 1 single file from the mac, so i can not erase the disk. What can i do ? 😔

You can try target disk mode:

Transfer files between two Mac computers using target disk mode - Apple Support

You will need to have the correct cables and possibly adapters for this.

Alternatively you can try and install Mac OS to an external drive(this way you don't erase your files)

Then boot up that installation and see if you can access the file you need.

Good luck!
