Do I have to transfer my sim card?
Just transferred my iPhone 6S to new iPhone 11 - do I need to transfer my sim card as well?

It depends. If you bought it unlocked, then yes. If you bought it from your carrier or with a carrier from Apple, your cellular details should transfer. Contact your carrier for more specific info.
