Hello nayteyonna,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you want to remove your device from the trusted devices list for your Apple ID .

To do that ,

From your web browser, Go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and sign in with your Apple ID > Scroll Down to the Devices Section > Select the device you want to remove access from > now select "Remove from Account"

On your Mac, open System Preferences > On the top right corner click on "Apple ID" > on the left bottom corner you can see all your devices signed into your account. Select the device you want to remove Access and select "Remove from Account" . The device will be removed Fromm your trusted device list.

On your iPhone, Go to settings > Tap on your name > scroll down and you will be able to see all your devices associated with your account > select the device you want to remove access from >scroll down and select " Remove from Account "

Hope you find this helpful and solves you issue.

Cheers!
