This is an Apple Watch Community Support Forum, we can't handle anything related to the actual purchases here.

I recommend that you go to your nearest Apple Store (or make an appointment) to change your band.

From what I've heard, they should be able to exchange it as long it's relatively new (although I don't know with the virus).
