I forgot my old iPhone 6s password but the home button is broken and I don't know how to enter recovery mode or dfu mode. Thank You :)

Your phone is broken. You're going to need to get your phone fixed. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for service options. It's kind of like asking how to drive my car if the gas pedal is broken.
