Camera shutter sound

When I take a photo with my iPhone 6s, there is a shutter release sound, but only sometimes.

How do I make sure that the sound happens with every photo. Is there a setting I have to change.

If I remember correctly, the shutter sound is deactivated when using Live Photo mode. Another possible reason for muted photo shooting is that the ring/silent switch is set to Silent.
