Apple TV on my PC

Logged into my account at tv.apple.com on my PC so why can't I see anything that has my library of movies I purchased? I can't even find that movie I just purchased at all since there is no search at tv.apple.com. You seem to be able to select whatever movies they have on the opening webpage and nothing else. Why does everything involving iTunes and Apple TV always have to be so **** un-user friendly?
