My ipad is disabled and im unable to find which apple id it is connected to.

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPad requires a Mac, or a PC with iTunes installed.


If it's not activation-locked, you don't need to find the Apple ID.


If it's locked to your Apple ID but you've forgotten it, use Apple's iForgot service or contact their Account Security team.

If it's locked to someone else's Apple ID, contact them, or if you're the iPad's original owner, ask Apple to unlock it.

If it's become unbound from the original Apple ID but is still locked, ask Apple to unlock it.
