I want to change country in apple store but unable to change due to apple music subscription

Changing country/region when apple music subscription haven't expired This problem was first asked in 2015. Even after 6 years, this problem is relevant. I have to buy Macs for office usage as I took new job but because of this issue I cannot change my country! Apple is not even considering to address it.
