How do I lock my Apple Watch series 6 when on my wrist???

Did you turn off Wrist Detection?

Lock manually

Touch and hold the bottom of the screen, then swipe up to open Control Center.
Tap .

Note: To manually lock your Apple Watch, you must turn off wrist detection. (Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch, tap Passcode, then turn off Wrist Detection.)

If I do that then it turns off basically everything heart rate oxygen blood all the fitness and health apps don’t record so be a waste of time having it the series 5 had a lock button you just pressed it and job done seems to have gone on this series and i can’t understand why

No I know that what I’m on about is when it’s on my wrist it’s always unlocked so you always catch it and make it do things and they isn’t a lock button when you swipe up on this series
