I was billed twice in one months for the same subscription

I was billed twice for the same subscription this month! Why?

I saw another person complain about this but when we looked at the actual dates it turned out that it just happened to be on unusual dates. One was at the beginning of the month and the next one at the end of the month but then the next month didn't have any billing at all. The February billing was actually made at the very end of January.
