I have an Apple Watch series 4 that I purchased in Australia. I am currently in Cambodia. ECG became available today, I updated the watch but it still says ecg not available in my region. Any work around? Thanks
There is no workaround;
For the ECG app to work on your watch the ECG app has to be approved by;
A. the government of the country in which the watch was bought and
B.the government of the country in which you reside.
