Can't send iMessage to one person on Mac

I just purchased the new Mac mini and I am having difficulty sending iMessages to my girlfriend. All my messages to her are returned "Not Delivered."

I also own an iPhone 6 and all my text messages to her using my phone work fine. For some reason the problem only seems to occur when specifically texting her from my computer. No other contacts are effected.
