Music is on my phone but cant get it to show on PC

If you subscribe to Apple Music, see the 'On your PC with iTunes for Windows' section in:

Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support

If not, syncing is meant to go from the POC to the iPhone, not he other way around. For possible solutions, see:
