ring sound

I have a new/refurbished iPhone SE and the ring does not work when I receive a call. It works when I move the volume button in settings back and forth.

It may be the ring-silent switch. Even when on silent it will play the sound when you move the volume in Settings.

Do Not Disturb: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204321
