That's not lightning. That's USB-C. The Lightning side is the one that connects to the iPhone.

You just need to get a USB-C (female)-to-USB-A (male) adapter. That adapter would then fit onto the USB-C end of the cable, and the USB-A side would go into your vehicle's USB-A port
