Locked notes
I’ve forgotten my password to all of my notes so now I’m unable to unlock them. Can you reset och change the password or in any way just open the notes?

No.
If you have forgotten your Notes password, all notes locked with that password are inaccessible forever.
You can reset the password to move forward, but the new password will not open previously locked notes.
