Please advise if I have applecare for my iphone 11 Pro. I have a receipt where I paid for it at
Best Buy. I am currently in Barcelona, Spain and am unable to call the customer service number

You can check on the phone by going to Settings > General > About > then tap AppleCare Plan, Limited Warranty, or Coverage Expired.
Another option is https://checkcoverage.apple.com/
